What is TaiYoga?

The literal translation is that Tai means great and Yoga means union so together Taiyoga translates as great union.

Union of man with God, heaven with earth, energy with form, yin with yang, positive with negative, stillness with movement.

The origins of TaiYoga are to be found in the ancient energy arts of the East, in Tai Chi and Yoga.

The core principles from both of these systems have been integrated in order to activate our physical, mental and spiritual bodies.

TaiYoga is easy to learn. It consists of 5 short sequences which can be practised separately or together. Each sequence is named. They are;

1; Flight

2; Tiger Bend

3; Temple

4; Warrior's Heart

5; Yin/Yang Balance

Each sequence is less than 3 minutes long. It requires little space and only about 11 minutes to perform all 5 parts, so it’s simple yet powerful and it's easy to slip into your daily schedule.
